Africa Opens and First Fourth Photos
The final barrier to traffic was removed mid-afternoon from County Line, allowing traffic to travel on Africa Road. The road opened for through traffic almost a month later than planned, as weather and unexpected problems caused delays in laying a new sanitary sewer beneath the roadway.
