Signs for BIBIBOP were installed Monday in the Northgate Plaza at Maxtown and 3C Highway where the Asian food restaurant, advertising itself as serving “real, unprocessed, high-quality food,” is converting the former Tide Cleaners in the parking lot in front of Kroger into a walk-in and drive-thru restaurant.
