Braun Farm For Sale, Again
A new “For Sale” sign sits at the corner of the 32-acre plot at Cooper Road and Cleveland Ave., advertising the Braun Farm again on the market. The property is owned by Campus West LLC, an Otterbein-owned company. Otterbein purchased the land for $8.5 million in 2019.
The Braun Farm has been earmarked for development for nearly 25 years.
