Workers build forms in preparation for pouring concrete before laying bricks to rebuild the Brick Walk between Java Central and High Bank Distillery’s restaurant. Included in the changes is a new handicapped ramp from the rear of the building to a side door, a metal railing with a small ledge, and replanting of trees.
