What began more than five decades ago as a street festival in Uptown, later moved to the lawn in front of Towers Hall at Otterbein University and eventually found its longest and most vibrant home at Heritage Park, will no longer be hosted by the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce beginning in 2027.
