Chick-fil-A Drive-Through

Perhaps the most immediately impactful vote at Tuesday's city council meeting was the approval for a Chick-fil-A drive-through to be built on a parcel of land in front of the Paramount Senior Living and adjacent to the Germain Volkswagen car dealership being built on Polaris Parkway.

Approval required council’s vote to modify the zoning code to allow the drive-through on one of four parcels of land connected to Polaris with a roadway that leads to Paramount and Germain.

Chick-fil-A is required to build a new intersection with a traffic signal for a left-turn into the restaurant roadway for eastbound motorists.

No date has yet been set for construction.
