A day before the groundbreaking for East of Africa, Westerville’s latest economic development project, crews began removing trees and preparing the land for road, sewer, and utility construction on the 88-acre property. A groundbreaking is scheduled today at 2 p.m. at the Sharp Home on Africa Road.
