Towns on The Greenway Rise

The first block of buildings at Towns on the Greenway on North West Street is fully framed and ready for roof sheathing. Described as “stylish new townhomes designed for upscale living” by builder Pulte Homes the homes are anticipated to sell in the mid $400,000 range according to the company website.

The model home, expected to be the first completed, is nearest the entrance. The home, on the left in the photo below, is listed as the Halston with Loft, a 2,545 square-foot 4-story tall home with 2-4 beds, 2.5-3.5 baths, and a first-floor garage. The floor plan is below for paid subscribers.
