Westerville City Council will hear the first reading of several pieces of legislation Tuesday night including raising utility rates for electric, water, sewer, refuse, and WeConnect.

Electric - Residential customers should expect an average rate increase for electricity of 8%. Commercial Customers should expect a 4%-7% increase.
