Hoover Drowning

One man drowned and another was rescued after their boat capsized while they were fishing on Hoover Reservoir Sunday night..
Fire and rescue were dispatched just before 8 p.m. to search for the two men on the section of the lake near the Red Bank Marina. Rescuers from Westerville, Genoa Township, and Berlin Township assisted in the rescue. Police officers from Columbus and Genoa Township participated in the rescue which took about an hour.
Both men were transported to St. Ann’s Hospital in Westerville where one died, and the other is in critical condition.
