Disruption Number One
Workers began replacing the culvert for an unnamed stream under Hempstead Road by removing guardrails on the short section of the street between Valleyview Drive and Pineview Rd.
The road will be closed to traffic during the culvert installation but will reopen in time for school at nearby McVay Elementary.
