The 731-space parking garage at The Galaxy at Polaris on Ikea Way just across the border of Westerville nears completion as work continues on the elevator shafts and stairs for a six-story, 289-unit apartment building including a 7,000-square-foot restaurant and 25,000-square-foot entertainment and restaurant space.
