Westerville Electric Division workers disassemble a streetlight pole blocking southbound Cleveland Avenue Tuesday afternoon after a car crash that sent one vehicle off the road and into the pole. One person was transported to the hospital with what was believed to be a medical emergency that caused the cars to collide.
