Post Office to Potable

Spray-painted markers indicate the location of underground fiber-optic cables on the street in front of the old post office, where High Bank Distillery is converting the 1935 federal building into a restaurant serving alcohol. The restaurant is located across the street from city hall, where a recently installed sculpture commemorates the city’s history in the prohibition movement.
