Pole Replacements Near Braun
Westerville City Electric work crews replaced damaged utility poles along the right of way adjacent to the Braun Farm and near Otterbein Lake. The weeks-long project required transferring transformers and live power lines to the new poles while maintaining the electric supply to homes and businesses.
The only interruption was to the traffic signal at Cooper Road and Cleveland Avenue. The brief outage was restored after the transformer providing power to the signal was moved to the new pole.
