Realities Of Redlining
Dr. Glennon Sweeney, senior research associate with The Kirwan Institute for the Study of Race and Ethnicity, provides details about one of the panels of “Undesigning the Redline” at the Stichweh Gallery at Otterbein University during a reception Sunday for the Westerville Central High School students who researched and created a panel for the exhibit detailing the city’s structural racism caused by the 1938 redlining maps.
