City restores, rebuilds, and recovers
A thin layer of sand sits atop fresh oil sealer sprayed on East College in Uptown. The pink oil being spread from State Street to Spring Road is intended to prevent early damage to the recently resurfaced street. The sand soaks up any oil residue and will be removed by vacuum the following day.
