The Distillery Is Uptown

High Bank Distillery signs were installed on its new restaurant in Uptown Westerville Friday. The 1935 WPA-built post office was most recently used by the Westerville Police Department's detective bureau. When the bureau moved to the new Justice Center in the city's south, it was sold to a developer.
