Swatting Arrest

Westerville Police arrested a 19-year-old man Sunday after a false report of an armed robbery at the Kroger on West Schrock Road.

Sewak Tiwari is charged with swatting for sending 911 text messages that the store was being robbed. Police staged outside the building, and business appeared normal, according to the police report.
