Water Flow Updates
A narrow section of Winter Street across from city hall is removed to add two new water lines connecting to the old post office where High Bank Distillery is converting the building into a restaurant and speakeasy.
A four-inch line will feed a fire suppression sprinkler system. A two-inch line supplies water for the restaurant.
