The twenty-year-old mural on East Main Street is covered with white primer before artist Adam Hernandez begins painting “Peace,” the new mural sponsored by Westerville Rotary.

The Coverup Begins

“Peace” In Westerville Artist Adam Hernandez begins creating the “Peace” mural with a layer of white primer covering the 20-year-old and faded mural on the side of the Amish Originals building in Uptown Westerville. The mural will have a substantial portion completed in time for the Westerville Art Hop on April 20.

East Main Mural Approved

“Peace” Comes To Westerville Plans to commission a new mural in Uptown began two years ago for Westerville Rotary President Katrina Plourde. The Uptown Review Board approved Thursday a new mural on the side of the Amish Originals building that faces East Main Street.
