Brandon Michael Armstrong
August 7, 1993 – July 25, 2026
Brandon Michael Armstrong, 32, of Newark, Ohio, passed away July 25, 2026. He was born in Westerville to Brad William Armstrong and Robin Marie Lucas Armstrong.
Brandon proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and worked as a crew foreman for Ferguson Construction, where he earned the respect of coworkers for his leadership and work ethic.
He enjoyed gaming, playing pool, and building and remodeling projects. Known for his quick sense of humor, Brandon loved making others laugh. Above all, he cherished his family. His greatest joy was his daughter, Khyrra, who was the center of his life.
In addition to his parents, Brandon is survived by his wife of four years, Brande Lea Roberts Armstrong; daughter Khyrra Lynn Armstrong; brother Thomas Armstrong; sister Courtney Delie and Austin Delie; niece Paige Delie; nephew Conner Armstrong; mother-in-law Veneta Ross; father-in-law Greg Roberts; godmother Johna Aebersold and Bryon Aebersold; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Chau Thi Bich Ha
May 6, 1970 – July 27, 2026
Chau Thi Bich Ha of Westerville, Ohio, passed away July 27, 2026, at the age of 56.
Family and friends remember Chau for her warmth, kindness, and thoughtfulness. She touched the lives of many through the relationships she built and the time she shared with those around her.
Though she will be deeply missed, her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends, who will cherish the moments they shared together.
Vicki Lynn Phelps (Strong)
May 22, 1951 – August 3, 2024
Vicki Lynn Phelps, 73, of Westerville, Ohio, passed away Aug. 3, 2024. She was born in Marion, Ohio, to Wendell “Mike” Strong and Norma Jean Strong.
A 1969 graduate of Harding High School, Vicki later attended Capital University. Her varied career included work as an elementary school teacher, pharmacy employee at Riverside Hospital, church children’s program director, florist, and flight attendant. In each role, she was known for her attention to detail, warmth, and ability to make others feel welcome.
Her faith remained important throughout her life, and she was involved with Vineyard Columbus, First Community Church, Grace Brethren, Christ the King, and Redeemer Church in Marion.
Vicki enjoyed crafting, baking, traveling with her husband, and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Edmond Phelps; children Jim Ulery and Jeanne Ulery, Tamera Ulery, Micah Ulery, and Joy Johnson and Joel Johnson; stepchildren Megan Phelps, Steven Phelps, and Michael Phelps; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Nancy Strong Oriere.
