John Gladden Troutman Jr., 83, of Westerville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2025, after living nearly 60 years with Type 1 Diabetes. He was born February 22, 1941, in Circleville, Ohio, the son of Gladden and Roma Troutman.
