Sarah F. Rhodes, 89, of Westerville, passed away on July 7, joining her beloved husband, Willie (Bill) Rhodes, in eternity. She was also preceded in death by her son Willie R. Rhodes Jr., grandson Matthew M. Mangia, brother Willis Hamilton, and sisters Reba Stanforth and Mary Liebert.
