Barbara P. McCulloch
March 11, 1943 – March 15, 2026
Barbara P. McCulloch, 83, of Westerville, Ohio, passed away peacefully March 15, 2026, following an extended illness. She was born in White Plains, New York, to Joseph Prior and Ann Amaducci.
She married Robert J. McCulloch on June 13, 1965, at First Baptist Church in White Plains. They shared 58 years of marriage before his passing. Barbara lived in White Plains, on the island of Crete during her husband’s Air Force service, later in New Bremen and North Royalton, and moved to Westerville in 2022.
Barbara was educated at Rye Country Day School, studied at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland, graduated from Wheelock College in Boston, and earned a master’s degree in teaching from Manhattanville College in New York. She worked as a teacher and interior designer and was known for her strong Christian faith, kindness, and devotion to family.
She enjoyed painting, playing piano, and spending time with her grandchildren. Among her proudest accomplishments were writing a children’s book and starting a kindergarten on the island of Crete.
Kristin “Krissy” Elizabeth Anderson
1990 – March 14, 2026
Kristin “Krissy” Elizabeth Anderson, 35, of Westerville, Ohio, passed away March 14, 2026. Born in Louisville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of David and Sharon Anderson. She later moved to Westerville and graduated from Westerville North High School in 2009. She worked for the United States Postal Service as a mail handler.
Krissy enjoyed sewing, crocheting, soccer, bowling, music, and playing piano. She cared deeply about family and friends and was known for remembering birthdays, family stories, and the details that made others feel loved and valued. In death, she continued helping others as an organ donor.
She is survived by her parents and her brothers, Ryan Anderson and Michael Anderson, both of Westerville. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Raymond B. and Esther E. Anderson, and Thomas J. and Janet M. Wargo.
Visitation will be held Sunday, March 22, 2026, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Eastman Funeral Home in New London, with the rosary recited at 1:45 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, March 23, 2026, at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in New London, followed by interment at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery. A celebration of life will also be held in Westerville on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from noon to 3 p.m. at NAPA Kitchen and Bar.
Myron Scott Donaldson
April 3, 1943 – March 14, 2026
Myron Scott Donaldson, 82, of Westerville, Ohio, passed away March 14, 2026, after an extended battle with coronary artery disease. He was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, to Scott Donaldson and Thelma Yancey Donaldson, and grew up in Muleshoe, Texas, a place he remained proud to call home.
He married Kathy Donaldson on April 7, 1979, in Savanna, Illinois. They shared 46 years of marriage. He is survived by his wife, Kathy, and daughter, Beth Donaldson. He was preceded in death by his sister, Nancy Donaldson Baucum, and his brother, Sam Donaldson.
Myron dedicated 27 years of service as an ammunition inspector for the Department of the Army. He was a proud father, an independent spirit, and a lifelong football fan who especially loved cheering for the Iowa Hawkeyes. He will be remembered for his curiosity, determination, and quiet strength.
Patricia Kay
1939 – March 18, 2026
Patricia Kay, 86, of Westerville, Ohio, passed away March 18, 2026. She attended Linden McKinley for five years and graduated from West High School in the class of 1957.
She is survived by her sons Michael “Rocky” Lomano and Wendy Lomano of Westerville, and Lance Lomano of Tampa, Florida; daughter Michele Adams of Martinsburg, West Virginia; grandsons Nicholas, Thomas, Anthony, and Nate; granddaughters Ava and Isabella; great-grandson Tenzen; sister Sandra Wick; brothers Jim McMillen and Judy McMillen, and Scott McMillen and Lynda Pizzurro; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her fiancé, William “Bill” Baker, and sisters Kelly McMillen, Barbara McGovern, and Jody Stewart.
Visitation will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Friday, April 10, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, followed by a memorial service at 6:30 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to A Special Wish Foundation Southwest Ohio or the Parkinson’s Foundation.

James Naff Fickle Jr.
July 15, 1959 – March 17, 2026
James Naff Fickle Jr., of Westerville, passed away peacefully March 17, 2026, at his home. Born in Ashtabula, he built a life centered on family, friendship, food, humor, and generosity.
A 1978 graduate of Canal Winchester High School, James earned a culinary degree from Columbus State Community College and built a career as a chef. He worked for Chef Hubert Seifert, Cameron Mitchell, Sanese Services, Columbus State, and later retired from KIPP Columbus in July 2023. He was known for turning meals into gatherings filled with laughter and conversation.
James is survived by his wife of 35 years, Darla “Darla K” Fickle; sons James Fickle III and Daniel Fickle; sisters Lisa Hardin and Darrell Hardin, Bambi Roberts and Dave Roberts, and Gretchen Fickle and Pam Spring; sister-in-law Dana Wells and Tony Wells; brother-in-law Dan Pershing; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Naff Fickle Sr. and Ramona Fickle, and his sister, Naressa Allen.
Known for his wit, love of people, and gift for conversation, James never met a stranger. He will be remembered for his cooking, his humor, and the joy he brought to family gatherings and friendships.
William Ira Bowling
February 11, 1932 – March 14, 2026
William Ira Bowling, 94, passed away peacefully March 14, 2026, following a brief illness. He was born at home to William Ira Bowling Sr. and Belle Marie Slater Bowling.
Bill served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War era, including duty as military police in Missouri and later with the 31st Engineering Battalion in Colorado. After his service, he built a 25-year career with Toledo Scale, later Mettler Toledo, working as an electrician and electrical engineer specializing in industrial batching and weighing systems. His work took him across the United States and abroad, including China and Brazil, and he continued as a consultant after retirement.
He was married to Rhea Michaelson Bowling for 71 years until her death in January 2025. He is survived by his children Mara Patterson and Bill Patterson, Mark Bowling, Dianne Bowling, Paul Bowling, and Eric Bowling and Tricia Bowling; grandchildren Anne Patterson, Julie Jacobs, Josh Bowling, Jessie Bowling, Caroline Bowling, and Will Bowling; great-grandchildren Caleb Jacobs, Cadence Jacobs, and Chloe Bowling; brother David Bowling; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Rhea, and siblings James, Janice, and Belle.
Bill enjoyed sailing, home and auto repairs, card games, reading, and winters in Sarasota, Florida. He attended Mass weekly and was devoted to his family, whose laughter and company brought him his greatest joy.

Gloria J. Stover
May 14, 1951 – March 15, 2026
Gloria J. Stover, 74, of Westerville, Ohio, passed away peacefully March 15, 2026. Born on May 14, 1951, she was known for her creativity, warmth, and enthusiasm for the things she loved.
Gloria had a lifelong passion for comics, science fiction, and fantasy. She was also an avid Yankees fan and built an impressive collection of art and collectibles over the years. During the 1990s, she worked with local convention organizers, sharing her love of those genres with others. Later in life, she discovered a talent for glass bead making and created pieces that reflected her artistic spirit.
Family and friends will remember Gloria for her bright smile, infectious laugh, and cooking that brought people together. She leaves behind a lasting memory of warmth, creativity, and joy.
Rebecca Jo “Becca” Johnston (Schutte)
March 11, 1950 – March 18, 2026
Rebecca Jo “Becca” Johnston, 76, passed away peacefully March 18, 2026, in Westerville, Ohio. Born in Palestine, Illinois, she lived a life marked by kindness, dedication, and love for family and friends.
A 1968 graduate of Palestine High School, Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Science degree in health services and human resources from Franklin University and continued studies in human development, family studies, and diversity studies at The Ohio State University. Her career included roles with Wachovia Securities, Greenleaf Job Training Services, HealthSCOPE Benefits, and DOME Financial Services, where she was known for professionalism, compassion, and steady service.
Rebecca was preceded in death by her husband, Alan Geoffrey Johnston; her son, Geoffrey Alan Johnston; her parents, Charles W. Schutte and Virginia Meeker Schutte; and her sister, Mary Jane Liddell.
She is survived by her brother, Jeff Schutte and Sally Schutte, along with nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Known to many as Becky or Becca, she was remembered for her warm smile, friendly nature, and deep devotion to family and friends. She loved family gatherings, cheered faithfully for the Ohio State Buckeyes, and treasured the friendships she found through Westerville Community United Church of Christ. Her kindness and warmth left a lasting mark on those who knew her.
Philip Morris
January 11, 1931 – March 17, 2026
Philip Morris, 95, passed away March 17, 2026, in Delaware, Ohio. He was born in Westerville, Ohio.
Phil will be remembered for his larger-than-life personality, business sense, generous heart, and love for family and friends. He spent many years in real estate management and served twice as president of BOMA of Columbus. He also served 12 years as secretary-treasurer of BOMA and was recognized by the Northwest Council of Building Owners as Man of the Year.
He attended Otterbein College, class of 1953, and was a lifetime member of the Ohio State alumni class of 1956. He was also a life member of the Capital Area Humane Society. Phil served in the U.S. Army with the 10th Field Hospital in Würzburg, Germany, from 1952 to 1953.
He is survived by his daughter, Nadine Kraft and Skip Kraft; grandson Jarrod Pinkerton; granddaughter Katlin Mathias; great-grandchildren Marley Pinkerton, Ivy Pinkerton, and Redding Mathias; stepdaughter Sherri Lowe and Dan Lowe; stepson R.B. Sikute; and longtime friend Gail Sierra.
A note shared in his memory captured his hope: that he had made some lives better.
James Arthur Greer
December 12, 1949 – March 14, 2026
James Arthur Greer, known to many as Jim, passed away March 14, 2026, after a long battle with cancer. He died at home in Westerville, Ohio, with his wife, Jolene, by his side.
Jim was born to Arthur Albert Greer and Jean Irene Brown Greer and was raised in Meadville, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Meadville Area High School in 1967 and went on to attend Clarion State College, now PennWest Clarion, where he studied history and formed friendships that remained important throughout his life.
After graduating in 1971, Jim taught history at Rocky Grove Junior-Senior High School, where he met Jolene Master, an art teacher. They married in 1974 and later moved to Ohio, where Jim began a career in banking. After living in several small towns, the family settled in Amelia, outside Cincinnati. Jim spent about 30 years in the banking industry and retired from Huntington Bank.
He enjoyed hunting, camping, travel, and time with friends and family. In retirement, he also worked as a golf course ranger and occasional chauffeur. Later, he and Jolene moved to Westerville to be closer to their children and grandchildren.
Jim will be remembered for his storytelling, humor, and love of family and friends.
