• Westerville North girls volleyball is scheduled to play Canal Winchester on Aug. 20.
• Westerville North football is scheduled to open its season Aug. 21 at home against Marysville.

• Westerville Central boys soccer is scheduled to play at Big Walnut on Aug. 18.
• Westerville Central girls soccer is scheduled to play Big Walnut on Aug. 18.
• Westerville Central football is scheduled to open its season Aug. 21 at Marion-Franklin. The Warhawks are also scheduled to play at Westerville South on Aug. 28 and host Westerville North on Sept. 4.

• Westerville South boys soccer is scheduled to play Lancaster on Aug. 18.
• Westerville South football is scheduled to open its season Aug. 21 at Dublin Jerome. The Wildcats are also scheduled to host Westerville Central on Aug. 28 and play at Westerville North on Sept. 25.
Walnut Springs Middle School
• Walnut Springs volleyball has matches listed for Aug. 17.
• Walnut Springs football is scheduled to open its season Aug. 19 against Gahanna East.
Heritage Middle School
• Heritage volleyball is scheduled to open its season Aug. 17 against Hilliard Memorial Middle School.
Westerville Crew
• Westerville Crew fall registration opens Aug. 17 for youth and masters programs. No tryouts are required.
• Westerville Crew’s Novice Kickoff Week was scheduled for Aug. 12 through 16, with sessions from 4:15 to 6:30 p.m.
• The final Adult Learn-to-Row session was scheduled for Aug. 15 from 7 to 9 a.m. The program is open to adults 21 and older.
Community Sports
• WARM’s Hunger Heroes 5K is scheduled for Aug. 29 at the Westerville Sports Complex. The children’s race begins at 8:40 a.m., followed by the 5K at 9 a.m.
