Westerville North
• Westerville North’s football schedule has been revised for the early part of the season. The Warriors are listed as opening Aug. 21 at home against Marysville, followed by a Sept. 4 road game at Westerville Central and a Sept. 25 home game against Westerville South.
Westerville Central
• Westerville Central’s early football schedule includes an Aug. 21 opener against Marion-Franklin, an Aug. 28 road game at Westerville South and a Sept. 4 home game against Westerville North.
Westerville South
• Westerville South’s early football schedule includes an Aug. 21 opener against Dublin Jerome, an Aug. 28 home game against Westerville Central and a Sept. 25 road game at Westerville North.
Heritage Middle School
• Heritage Middle School girls volleyball had two Aug. 6 matches scheduled against Teays Valley East. The seventh-grade match was listed for 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., followed by the eighth-grade match from 6:15 to 8:15 p.m.
High School Football
• The Columbus Dispatch released its list of the top 25 central Ohio sophomore football players for 2026, based on 2025 statistics and coach nominations. No athletes from Westerville Central, Westerville North or Westerville South were included.
Westerville Crew
• Westerville Crew’s juniors program, open to students in grades eight through 12, has fall registration available. The program trains at Hoover Reservoir, includes sweep rowing and sculling, and competes in USRowing-sanctioned regattas.
• Westerville Crew’s masters program, for adults 21 and older, has registration available for fall 2026. The program trains four days per week and includes sprint and head-race competition.
• Westerville Crew’s Novice Kickoff Week is scheduled for Aug. 10 through 14 at JCC Camp Hoover. The latest schedule lists sessions from 4:15 to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with a Saturday session from 8 to 10 a.m.
