Come meet board members and volunteers, learn about open leadership roles, and hear about upcoming programs, events, classes, and exhibitions. This casual, welcoming event includes appetizers, door prizes, and plenty of conversation about the future of the arts in Westerville.

• Ohio Wildlife Center Program (ages 2–11), 10–11 a.m., Westerville Public Library.
• Sharon Woods Invasive Plant Removal at Annehurst Connector Trail, 10 a.m.–12 p.m., 695 Granby Pl W. Hosted by Friends of Alum Creek and Tributaries. Volunteers will help remove invasive bush honeysuckle near the new Annehurst Connector Trail at Sharon Woods Metro Park. Metro Parks staff will provide tools and refreshments. Bring gloves and hand tools such as loppers or bow saws (no chainsaws). Kids welcome. Rain date November 22.
Sunday, November 16
• Dog Safety & Training with Central Ohio Muttessori, 2–3 p.m., Westerville Public Library.
• Westerville South High School Theatre. 26th Annual Scholarship Show, 7–9 p.m., Westerville South Auditorium.
Monday starts off cold with scattered snow showers in the morning, tapering off by midday. Expect highs around 36 with a steady northwest breeze. Another round of light snow is likely overnight, with temperatures dropping into the low 20s.
Veterans Day on Tuesday will be mostly cloudy and brisk, with highs near 38 and gusty west winds. It stays cloudy Tuesday night, but temperatures edge up a bit to around 32.
By Wednesday, sunshine returns and things start to warm up — highs around 51, clear and chilly again that night near 31.
Thursday and Friday both look pleasant for mid-November, mostly sunny to partly sunny with highs in the low- to mid-50s. Nights stay cool in the 30s.
The weekend warms up even more. Saturday should be partly sunny near 58, and Sunday could hit around 60 with a chance of showers later in the day.
