Cookbook Club. Comfort Food

Participants prepare a dish from the featured cookbook and bring it to share in a potluck-style dinner. The group discusses what they made and spends time in shared conversation. Copies of the featured cookbook are available at the second-floor desk. Paper plates and utensils are provided. Participants should bring their own beverages.

States of Matter. Science Show
2:00 to 3:00 p.m., Westerville Public Library
Meeting Rooms A and B, combined
This interactive science program explores how atoms combine to form different states of matter. The show is presented by Whiz Bang Science and is designed for families and children. Presenter Dr. Dave explains scientific concepts clearly and engagingly through live demonstrations. His programs incorporate elements of history, geography, and math while aligning with multiple educational standards.

Ongoing Events
Prom Swap. Accepting Donations
Through Saturday, January 31, 2026. All day. Westerville Public Library
The library is accepting donations of new or gently used formal attire and accessories for its annual Prom Swap. Donations should be clean and in good condition and may be dropped off at the desk in the kids area during regular business hours. Anyone unsure about an item is encouraged to contact the library.
Shopping days for teens are scheduled for March 7 and March 8. Teens do not need to donate clothing in order to select free items.
